We designed our warranty policy to be as consumer-friendly as possible while keeping our business model and goals sustainable.
- All products are final sale. This is because personal intimacy products cannot be re-sold after it leaves our warehouse. We assume any product that has left our warehouse as used, regardless of if the packaging is still sealed.
- Your product warranty period begins automatically on the date of delivery.
- Your "warranty window" is defined from the date of delivery to:
- 30 days after delivery if the product contains electronic components,
- 15 days after delivery if the product does not contain electronic components.
- Warranty requests must be submitted by email during the "warranty window" period.
- If the same product is not available as a replacement, we'll provide multiple alternatives of equal or greater value.
- If you need to return the same defective product for a second time, we'll provide multiple alternatives of equal or greater value, likely from our "Popular Brands" collection.
Liquidation Warranty
Products marked for "liquidation" are generally sourced from multiple retailers with different standards of care for their inventory. In addition, we can't open sealed products to test their quality or rely on manufacturer testing.
- Liquidation products receive an additional 30 days of warranty coverage:
- 60 days total for products with electronic components,
- 30 days total for products with non-electronic components.
